As trustee, Zillion Trust can act as a legal representative for investor to purchase landed property in Cambodia and hold the property ownership on their behalf. This can be of significant benefit to the investor in terms of asset protection and in the preservation of confidentiality.
Zillion Trust will manage the trust properties in accordance with Trust Deed. The investor can therefore rest assured that their properties are taken care of when they are not around and Zillion Trust is the focal point of their properties (centralized property management). The Investor can ask any purpose to Trustee according to their wishes for managing and returning their benefits.

Zillion Trust provides trusteeship information such as company brochure, service fee and procedure to the client
The client appoints Zillion Trust by power of attorney to work with a third-party service provider for pre-trusteeship services (such as property due diligence and valuation) if required.
If the client makes the following decision:
– If no, no further progress on the step 3
– If yes, proceed with trust agreement
– The Client and Zillion Trust enter into trust agreement.
– The client is required to transfer the fund to the trust fund under Zillion Trust’s bank account.
– First 50% of service fee is deducted from the fund.
– Zillion Trust enters sale-purchase agreement with the property seller.
– Zillion Trust use the fund to make the deposit / payment(s) in accordance with SPA.
– The ownership is transferred to Zillion Trust.
– Zillion Trust keeps the property title at its safe box or at a partner bank’s.
– The final 50% of service fee is deducted from the fund.
